No one inside the snow globe knows that Morozoko Industries is controlling their weather, testing them to form a stronger race that can survive the fall out from the bombs being dropped in the outside world—all they know is that they must survive the harsh Winter that lasts a month and use the few days of Spring, Summer, and Fall to gather enough supplies to survive. When the seasons start shifting, Genesis and her boyfriend, Jack, know something is going on. As their team begins to find technology that they don’t have access to inside their snow globe of a world, it begins to look more and more like one of their own is working against them. Genesis soon discovers Morozoko Industries is to blame, but when a foreign enemy tries to destroy their weather program to make sure their destructive life-altering bombs succeed in destroying the outside world, their only chance is to shut down the machine that is spinning out of control and save the lives of everyone inside the bunker--at any cos...

10 Ways To Have An Epic Summer

Image
Is it summertime, already? The question that we all ask ourselves this time around: How does one have the best summer yet? Go skinny-dipping? No. Never in a million years. Too young and way too opposed to try this form of swimming. So, the answer is NEVER. Hug a Jamie? ABORT. ABORT. This is not for me. (Sorry, Jamie😢) Steal a towel (and their little dogs too) from my neighbors? Nope, I do NOT want to get arrested for dog-napping. But, you are probably wondering why I am even posting this in the dead of summer? Summer has already started, and everyone is completing their summer reading list only because THAT is fun. So, why should I be planning your epic summer adventures?  Because I am writing this post to plan my summer adventures and am trying to pretend that Morgan Matson assigned me with a to-do list. I want to pretend that I am Emily and that Morgan Matson is Sloane from the wonderful Morgan Matson's  Since You've Been Gone . If only we could be best...

My Monthly Adventures: December 2017 | Procrastination, Cat Bribes, and Unexplainable Puns

Whale hello there! I know this is late, and before I apologize for being such a terrible blogger, I want to tell you guys why I did not post this sooner. Excuses for Why I Did Not Wanna Write This Post...'Cause Oops, I May Do It Again Stress, stress, stress...to be the perfect book blogger, to be the perfect student, to be the perfect cat mommy I did not know how you would take the pun gif. I did not feel like writing this. And I did not know how you would react to hearing that your (favorite) blogger did not want to write her recap and get into a writing funk. I have been writing a lot more, and I do not want to mess this up. And finally, I barely remember what happened in December other than finals. Ugh! But, can I bribe you with a picture of a cute cat? - - - Carrying on, December was an okay month for me. With all the stress of college finals, I was worried I would be stuck with my nose in a book, like always; however, the books would not count to...

Post-Christmas Giveaway and Interview with Iain Reading

Image
In the midst of October while the mild breezes were blowing past me, the leaves were changing, and my school schedule was getting a heck of a lot heavier, a publicist contacted me, wondering if I would take up on her offer to help publicize a book for an author of hers.(Thank you, Kelsey!) I immediately took a seat on Kitty Hawk's plane for this project as a) I love books, b) I love spreading news of great books and authors, and c) I wanted to spread some holiday cheer around Christmas time! I have interviewed Iain Reading, the author of Kitty Hawk and the Curse of the Yukon Gold , and have presented a giveaway for all those looking for a special gift after the Christmas holiday. Let the fun begin! Interview with Iain Reading! 1. Is Iain Reading your real name? Or is it a pen name? It is unfortunately a pen name because someone was already using my real name. Two someone's, in fact, and one of them wasn't getting very good reviews. But...  teaser here.......
