Not your ordinary house cats, they're a tactical, action-packed covert team dealing with extraordinary threats to humanity in ways that will amaze. From Superman to Wonder Woman to Iron Man, I always love a good superhero story. This one sure does take the cake, too, as this story is about a bunch of CATS! Who doesn't like cats other than the occasional cat-hater or super-dog-lover?! I found all the cats to be very nicely drawn and brave when they were facing their enemy. I have gone on a journey of nagging influencing my brother to read the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series written by Rick Riordan. FINALLY , he has finished the series, so I thought I could do a mini review/interview to entertain all your minds. There are so many books in the universe I want to read; however, I do not have the time to read all day long as I am ruling my kingdom, which has food raining from the skies daily, and maintaining my grades. I compiled a list of books that a royal dragon can complete within the span of year. Also, I have made my Goodreads goal 70 books and there are only 4(+) books in my year tbr, so I should finish these 4(+) books by the end of 2018, hopefully. My Yearly TBR 1.  Strange the Dreamer  by Laini Taylor I have already mentioned in my  Winter TBR  post that I wanted to read this before 2017 ended; however, due to my current mood, which is to read all my attained arcs, I have not felt like reading much finished copies, so  Strange the Dreamer  is #1 on this list as this book has received rave reviews and tons of 5 star ratings. I hope I can be one of those readers who loves this book so I can be in the know and read the second book in this duology...

The announcement of the New Year could be heard from me as I shout from the foot of my bed, reading one of the best books out there! Do you feel different from 2017 you or do you feel the same? As I am currently listening to 2017's top hits, I thought that this would be the perfect time to begin the new year with a post discussing my favorite books of 2017. 2017 was a somewhat great reading year. I gave a lot of 5 stars to books that can be brought into my favorites and others that can stay on my almost-favorites shelf. I wish I could but some of the books I read last year were not the greatest so I have compiled a list of books that have lasted with me throughout the year. 1. Lord of Shadows by Cassandra Clare First off, I have my #1 favorite for 2017: Lord of Shadows . I am pretty sure almost everyone is psychic on this one as any Cassandra Clare book is absolutely #1 for me.
